Group Bookings:

We have a function where you allocate beds to your central Group Booking office. You can set minimum days, % of beds per day or specific beds per day. This works really well for groups of hostels.

Booking Engine:

Our booking engine for your website is tailorable by you so you can change the text and include photos. One room can be sold under multiple categories and one booking removes all the tied categories. This enables you to gain more revenue per room. Our 1 euro fee is the lowest on the market enabling you to recieve more bookings as guests do not have to pay the higher 10% deposit. Electronic Key Integration

Our software can integrate with your Smart Card, Magnetic or RFID card system for your door locks so that when a guest is checked in the card cutting machine is automatically initiated. The benefit of this is that each card is related to a guest so that when you do lock audits you can see a guest name and not just a number. Cash Register Integration

We can integrate with your cash register so that each payment has one transaction number connecting the payment allocated to a guest and a payment in your cash register. This type of accounting is already mandatory in some EU countries.
